Customer Care is of the utmost importance to us.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada with a tracking number.
Standard Shipping within Canada: 2 to 5 business days
Standard Shipping to the US: 3 to 6 business days
Custom and duty fees and/or brokerage fees that may apply on shipments for the US are the responsibilty of the recipient.
Local sales tax will be charged on all Canadian orders.
Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside of Canada.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that Bliss Essential does not offer weekend delivery.
